www.gobyair.in ( Aar Bee Travels ) the Online Travel Portal offers Cheapest International & Domestic Airline Tickets. Our web services offer online availability from Airline Reservation Systems. The Fares shown are dynamic and are the cheapest available fares. The Fares may change dynamically at the time of Ticketing, depending on the booking class and availability, without Notice. www.gobyair.in (Aar Bee Travels ) is a facilitator on behalf of the Airlines for Airlines reservations & Ticketing, The users make bookings on the website, and per our Terms of Services given below:

1. Online Payments

Visa, Card Master Card, Net banking, UPI, Qr Code Scan  payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

  • Online Payment Options, provide details of Credit – Debit Cards by Master, VISA, AMEX, RuPay, UPI, Online Net banking or Wallets. All transactions are SSL - 3D Secured.
  • Airline fares are shown in multiple Currencies, and but paid in Indian Rupees.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange rates and Bank changes.

If the payment on the credit/debit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by www.gobyair.in  72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

www.gobyair.in (Aar Bee Travels ) charges a service fee on all domestic & International airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

2. Flight Bookings & Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

  • Passenger names must be same as on the Passport - Photo ID.
  • For long names, provide only First, Middle & Last name (no initials)
  • Travel may not be permitted, with incorrect name, &ticket need to be re-booked with charges.
  • For Child or Infant discount, must enter date of birth (DOB).
  • Provide passengers correct MOB No. & E-mail to receive E-ticket, SMS, & flight changes.
  • Customer must check Names, flight details, departure & arrival times at the finalizing/payment the booking.
  • Once Tickets are issued, Airlines cancellation, refund and all our applicable fees apply

 

3. Delivery of Products/Services

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with www.gobyair.in (Aar Bee Travels), please call our Customer Care Representative on Helpline desk - +91-8196-868686

it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by www.gobyair.in In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, www.gobyair.in  (Aar Bee Travels) will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling. You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

4. Travel & Medical Insurance

Passengers are advised to undertake their own Travel & Medical Insurance.

The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Passengers, Baggage or for any other direct or indirect loss.

Airlines Fares are dynamic and may change, at the time of Ticketing, depending on the booking class availability and the Fare difference as applicable will apply.

·         If Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a www.gobyair.in booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, www.gobyair.in will cancel the insurance with 50% of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.

·         Insurance is only valid for trips emerging from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip emerging from outside India, insurance is not applicable

·         Insurance is only applicable for Indian Nationals between age 0 to 70

·         Domestic insurance cancellation- NON-REFUNDABLE


 5. . Cancellation & Refunds

  • Booking Cancellation must be done 24 hours before Departure.

  • Cancellation & Refunds request must be sent only by E-mail 

  • www.gobyair.in (Aar Bee Travels ) required minimum 7-10 working days  for processing Refunds in same mode

  • In case of 'Web or Tele Check-in' the bookings must be changed or cancelled by the passenger with the airlines, at the airport.

  • Bookings not cancelled are treated as “NO SHOW” & airlines Refund rules apply.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes of any nature of Services, Payments, Claims, Consumer redressed are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.



Note:-

 www.gobyair.in is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. www.gobyair.in (Aar Bee Travels) shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event an airlines discontinues its operations,www.gobyair.in (Aar Bee Travels) will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines.
